great stay but minor tech issue fixed quickly
The check-in process was incredibly smooth. The staff were attentive, especially Desiree, who not only checked me in promptly but also ensured the TV in my King Room worked perfectly after I encountered an issue.
The only downside was the late hour of check-in.

Laramie's dining scene was legit! I had the best coffee at Coal Creek Coffee Company and chowed down at Wyoming's Rib and Chop House—absolute gems! Plus, the hotel's own restaurant was a chill spot for a laid-back dinner with friends.
On the flip side, I dropped over $400 for one night with some lumpy pillows and a not-so-warm reception at the desk. Also, paying extra for breakfast hurt my wallet more than my taste buds—could’ve been better!

Nice stay with good amenities
The room was spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Enjoyed the hot tub area for relaxation. The breakfast had great made-to-order options like omelets and fresh coffee. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Conveniently located near the University of Wyoming.

We checked out the local brewery and hiked at a nearby state park. The staff was super helpful, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out. Just a heads up, breakfast isn’t free, but definitely worth it.
The beds were too lumpy for my liking, which affected my sleep. It was a bummer considering the price we paid.

Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The food options were enjoyable, and having water available in various flavors was a nice touch at high altitude. Conveniently located near many shops and just across from the university, the setting was perfect for our visit. However, the pool and hot tub area felt a bit cramped, and I noticed some areas could benefit from additional upkeep. Lastly, the bed was less comfortable than expected, which affected a good night's sleep.

The staff was incredible, always smiling and ready to help us with our requests. The breakfast was a highlight. the many tasty treats like fruit and cookies made our mornings delightful, especially for my kiddo!
In my wife’s opinion, better soundproofing is needed from the busy road outside.
